Job Opportunities Training and Promotional materials developer
The Open Institute is a local Cambodian NGO which supports the social and economic development of Cambodia by working in three major fields: gender equity, development of research capacity and information technology development. In particular, the Open Institute runs the program "Structuring Partnerships for an Innovative Communications Environment" (SPICE) which is an exciting initiative funded by USAID to help raise the technological level of the country through the use of mobile phones. In order to prepare all the training materials and activities that take place under this program, the Open Institute is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Training and Promotional materials developer.
The Training and Promotional material developer will:

Qualified candidates for Training and Promotional Materials Developer will be able to autonomously create training materials that are pedagogically correct and explain clearly the concepts of the training in a way that they can be easily understood by the target population of the training.
