Job Announcement

With the support of the Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions (SPIDER), the ICT4D Cambodia Network was first established in 2012. Open Institute (OI) kindly offered to take responsibility for the administrative support services of the network. ICT4D Cambodia Network is a group of local and international NGOs working together to enhance collaboration between the Cambodian project partners and SPIDER to promote the use of ICT for development of civil society organizations in Cambodia. The participating network members include East West Management Institute (EWMI), Open Development Cambodia (ODC), Innovative Support to Emergencies Disease and Disasters (InSTEDD), Open Institute (OI), Women’s Media Center of Cambodia (WMC), the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), and the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC). 

The ICT4D Cambodia Network is looking for a qualified and motivated Consultant to assist the Network with the development of a strategic plan.

Key responsibilities:

Review of ICT4D Cambodia Network project proposal and all available project documents.

Design and prepare for workshops.

To develop a five-year strategic plan. 

Work closely with ICT4D Cambodia Network Coordinator assistant and its members’ representative.

Produce report in English at the end of consultancy.

Consultant qualification and skill required:

Advanced University degree in Management, Development, Business Administration, Communications or other relevant educational background.

Has at least five years experience, and skills working as consultant on related field.

Has extensive experience in development analysis.

Experience in successfully developing a strategic plan.

Understands and is familiar with Information Communication Technology for Development.

Fluency in English both in written and spoken.

Duration of Contract:  15 Working days, start from August
