BarCamp Sihnoukville 7-8 December

The 5th tech event in 2013, BarCamp Sihanoukville will bring, for the first time, experts in technology and social media from various places of the country to the province to widespread the knowledge and bridge the network of high-technological skill concentration to the low-technological skill area. Under the generous support of USAID, Open Institute's SPICE program will mobilized this skill resources and cascade the knowledge and network throug supporting the event and offer travelling assistance to interested participants.
